

I’m doing the beginner workout and it lasts for about six weeks. In fact, I think I’m definitely going to need to invest in some new sports bras for this. This is a dance workout, dancing is fun but you sweat and you dance hard. Workout: I’m doing the Cize workout with Shaun T. I’ve got to eat a bit better during the week and get some sleep. In order to do so I’ve got to get my tail up off the sofa. I also plan to continue to put those meals down. That isn’t a joke, I’m really putting those meals down. You know my affinity for all things #FatSnacks you see all the food I post on here. The sheer honest truth is I’m the skinny fat girl.

Don’t be like the others and say “You are so skinny you don’t need to work out.” Well my struggle may not look like your struggle but a struggle still exists. So yeah let’s dish… I started working out, I know I’m just as shocked as you are. We are a week out from Valentine’s Day, what do you have on the agenda? Date with #Bae, the girls or the family?
